If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame provided and you’ve already received your shipping confirmation and tracking number, we kindly recommend reaching out to the courier listed in your confirmation email for further assistance. Once a package has left our fulfillment facility, the shipping provider is best equipped to provide updates regarding the status of your shipment.
