The great majority of our clothing is crafted from 100% pure cotton and printed with eco-friendly, water-based inks. A small selection of pieces may include blends of polyester or spandex for added comfort or stretch. If a garment contains any materials beyond cotton, you’ll find those details clearly listed in the product description.

While we aim to fulfill all orders within 24 hours, order fulfillment can take between 1-3 business days depending on order volume.

Our fulfillment centers work quickly to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. For this reason, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to it. If needed, you can submit a return or exchange request after receiving your order.

To ensure timely processing, we’re unable to make changes to order details once an order has been submitted. We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase, as Cessorie cannot be held responsible for misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include all the details of your order for your reference. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case. You may also view this information by logging into your account.

Packages shipped within the United States can take anywhere from 5-7 business days while International orders can take 10-14 business days. Keep in mind, shipping time frames can vary depending on several factors such as weather, location, and other factors that are out of our control. View our shipping policy for more details.

To ensure the most efficient and reliable delivery, shipping couriers are selected based on your location, the contents of your order, and the fulfillment center processing your shipment. Once your order has been fulfilled, all shipping details — including the selected courier and tracking information — will be provided in your confirmation email.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email sent to the address provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking number, the shipping courier, and a summary of the items included in your package. You can also track your order by visiting our order tracking page.

In some cases, shipping carriers may mark a package as “Delivered” before it has physically arrived. We recommend allowing a bit of additional time, as the package often arrives by the end of the business day.

If your order still hasn’t appeared, please contact the shipping courier directly to initiate a parcel trace. Once a package has been transferred to the courier, we unfortunately no longer have access to tracking updates or delivery details and the courier would best equipped to provide that information. We’re also happy to support you however we can during the process.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your items therefore we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date of your order which is verified through tracking. All returned items must be in the original packaging and condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. 
Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom, final sale, or items damaged by the customer. 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may submit a return request to initiate a return or exchange. We’ll be happy to assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Be prepared to submit photos of your damaged or wrong item(s).

No, creating a customer account is completely optional — you can check out as a guest with ease. However, having an account comes with several exclusive benefits. You’ll enjoy a faster checkout experience with pre-filled order details, easy access to manage your orders and returns, and automatic enrollment in our Rewards Program, giving you access to perks available only to account holders.

You can create a new account a couple of different ways. The first  would be to simply click 'sign in' from the main menu. The second way would be to create an account when placing a new order. There will be an option to do this during the checkout process.

There is no fee associated with joining our rewards program. Our program is free and easy to join.

Your rewards balance will be displayed on the Rewards Page as well as in your account profile when logged into your account.

If your rewards balance doesn’t appear accurate or isn’t reflecting properly, don’t worry — it’s an easy fix. Simply email us at rewards@cessorie.com, and we’ll review your participation history to ensure your points are adjusted correctly.

Referrals allow you to earn money off every time you refer a friend to our store and they make a purchase. You will receive 10% off and so will your referral.

Yes, Cessorie does offer brand partnerships through invite only.

Yes, all student receive a 10% discount on their orders. To be eligible for this discount you will need to register and verify your student status. You can do that below.
